I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

im sitting here crying feeling like I'm a failure to everyone because I always am there for them but today I'm not. Maybe it's time to go and hide 😭😭

@Fluttershy1 it is ok to take time for yourself, you can't be there for others all of the time.
Sometimes we have to put ourselves first.
It is ok to hide. Have you got your weighted blanket with you?
