I’m sorry about your GP visit @Snowie Its awful to be dismissed like that.

There’s groups here all day every day except Sunday. I went to one this morning about grief and I didn’t cope well with that. I almost asked for prn but have decided to go to the gym instead.

I’m an hours drive from home so not expecting visitors at all. Time to chill and sort my head out lol

That group would have been hard if it was about grief. That is a hard topic to talk about, especially with others around that you don't know.
