Morning has broken

Oh thanks @Bow I was allowed to keep my devices and cords too. I also have my asthma meds which is good as I get stressed without them.

There’s some shops near where I am so I might go and buy some long sleeved clothing. I forgot my ‘sleep tea’ 😩

How was the rest of your day? I just feel so alone right now.

Are you allowed leave straight away @Eve7 ??? There are 3 levels here, level 1 you get sighted every 30mins by staff, which I am on I believe. Level 2 you are allowed 1hr escorted leave and level 3 you are allowed 2 hrs unsupervised leave. That’s what the nurse told me yesterday and they constantly do checks. But I’m not sure the extra details around levels 2 and 3. I do know though that you can have more than 2 hrs leave as I was talking with a lady at lunch time about it.

but yes, some warmer clothes would be good. I like to feel warm and snuggly in here… helps me feel safe.

I'm sure you do feel alone hon @Eve7 I feel that way when I am in hospital too.

Please know that we are here with you but can still understand those feelings.

Rest of my day was ok. Contemplating changing into my pj's, some prn's and laying on the couch. Think it will be an early night tonight.

I'm doing alright, actually just started with a new therapist so plenty of emotions rolling around, but all in all it feels like a super positive step for me so I'm hopeful. Thanks for asking 😊

No I can’t have leave yet. I feel like I’m in the watch house with guards watching me every half hour @Bow

I’m unsure how all the leave works but the nurse did tell me.
