Just popping in to wish you a good day and hope you get some leave time today.

Thank you so much @Captain24 I have been for a 30mins walk in the sunshine. That’s all the leave I’m allowed but I’ve gone on the treadmill too so my ks are up!

My day isn't going well but it is what it is. At least I managed to get somethings done yesterday which makes today a little easier.

Thanks @Captain24 I went for a walk after breakfast and bought the newspaper and some nuts which I am rapidly devouring.
