@Eve7 that sounds like a great afternoon I'm really pleased to hear that you were able to get out and about and spend some time with your loved ones. Also brilliant to hear that @Daisydreamer's post about suicide was helpful for you. I know she will be really chuffed to hear that 🌞

It's very hot and humid here right now @Former-Member and I need another dip but I've put the a/c on so I can clean this mess.

I feel you @Eve7. I am all for limiting our environmental impact, but sometimes you just have to crank that AC to get through!

This morning I had some lung function tests at the hospital with several of them having to be repeated due to poor results . I’ve no idea when I’ll be seeing the respiratory physician about the nodule on my lung.

That is a heavy burden to carry @Eve7, I'm sorry you are sitting with this. I hope you are able to secure an appointment quickly so you can learn what it all means. Sitting with you beautiful sister 💞

That's horrible @Eve7 waiting is so hard and especially around this time of the year with people going on extended leave. I really hope that you don't have to wait too long.

Oh that sucks @Eve7 so hard when everyone is away, and sometimes for weeks. It's one of them hard ones eh; we often rely on them so much to help get us through. But they are humans too and need and want breaks and holidays too. 😞

im sorry that ACT hasn't called tonight like they had planned to. If their support something that you need tonight and perhaps can reach out to them? It's disappointing when we are told someone will call but they don't.

I somehow managed to get through today feeling pretty miserable and decided late this arvo to call my new case manager. I'm still not entirely sure what her role is and whether I was able to just call and connect with her, but felt that I needed it after last night. She was away from her desk when I called but thankfully returned my call before the end of the day. Cause she works with comm mh, she had my discharge papers already, so it made the call a little easier. We chatted through a little of what happened, mostly from the ED side of things, kinda didn't bring up the SI stuff. She was disappointed and surprised by the lack of care, really surprised that they did not make me eat something before sending me home. She offered a home visit over the weekend from someone on her team, which I was hesitant with at first, but did agree to for Sunday and she will call me on Monday.

im exhausted, so going to try and sleep. I've spent most of the day in bed but unable to switch off. Thinking of you sweet @Eve7 you face many challenges and obstacles but you always manage to get through them with strength and grace even though you may not see it that way. You are strong. You are kind. You are important. 💕
