Visited pdoc for the last time this year. She suggested hospital, I suggested no thanks, She suggested referral to ACT over the next few weeks and she will also contact GP in case an admission is required.

Ive promised to do some self care and ask for help if needed.

Feeling like :pile_of_poo: today and wondering why nothing is working. All too much and nothing ready for Christmas, I need a drink.

Afternoon @Eve7, just stopping by to see whether you managed to take a dip in the pool and wash off some of the "blurgh" feelings?

I went to S2’s home and jumped in the water for a quick splash around then he brought me back home on the JetSki so his wife could use the car. For a moment in time wasn’t me but I’m safe @Former-Member

Ive also read what @Daisydreamer posted about suicide and found that helpful
