I had a call from ACT this evening and was asked 101 questions about my mood and intentions. After 40 mins I couldn’t take anymore but agreed they could call again tomorrow.

Trying really hard to stay grounded and not say too much to anyone. Needing to get more organised for Christmas and somehow ignore the voices. Hospital is not an option at this time of year.

Wish I could just “pick myself up”.
