Oops .... the ungracious fall while crossing the road ... could have been nasty. Glad it wasnt. It must be all that Vitamin D you've been soaking up on the beach. Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorpsion and maintaining strong bones.

The day started off bad, but I forced myself out and it was worth it. Exhausting, but sometimes it's worth pushing through (sometimes not). Hard to know when to push.
Bought some shorts at the shop and a few other things.
Rump, chips, salad and desert for lunch. 😋👍🥰
