Much the same @Anastasia Slow morning, trying to find energy/motivation to do things.
I'd better get the washing on. Basket is full again. Need to do it every day. Didn't yesterday. 😬😮

I did my 15 minute daily exercise. I have to, no matter how I feel. Otherwise I feel guilty/a failure.
Showered and getting ready to go out. I've spent too much time at home this year caring for others and just surviving.
Now I need to self care and part of that is, going out for lunch and clothes shopping 🛍 😀

My last full day here in this beautiful, surreal location. Another walk this morning, managing to go further than we did on Tuesday in the same amount of time. Beautiful scenery with the ocean on one side and Bush on the other certainly earning our cooked breakfast of eggs and smashed avo on sour dough again.

We spent the day by the pool with my biggest decision being where to place my towel. I had to keep the back of my sunburnt legs away from the sun so now I’m sunburnt both sides...love my vitamin D.

A sunset cruise was as spectacular as promised and we just finished dinner at a trendy pizza bar topped off with some Pimms and lemonade.

One more sleep and back to reality...hope I sleep tonight before having to face my mh issues again.

It sounds like an idyllic few days away @Eve7 . And none more deserving than you, for a few days of enjoyment. Back to real life again soon. But I think this break in between hospital and home life may well prove to be a helpful stepping stone. Sleep well beautiful lady.

I really want to go away myself now. 👍😍

Might have to go somewhere soon anyway. Having something done to our house and probably can't be here for a few days. Good excuse to get a holiday unit somewhere close by. Not sure when tradesmen are available yet. Hopefully soon. Oh the joys of renovating. 😫

Will be nice when it's finished though.
It can be hard when holidays are over and, back to reality. I hope it goes well for you. At least it's always nice to be back in our own bed. That's for sure.
I had a big day out again. Lunch out and shopping again. Bought clothes and a few things from Ikea again. Exhausted now. You must be tired too, after your big day.
