Glad you had a good day yesterday, @Eve7 ... How did you sleep last night? I hope today is another good day 🙂

This morning we decided to walk on flat ground and followed the river for an hour when the heat and hunger gave us good reason to stop for breakfast. I loved my eggs and smashed avo on sour dough washed down with a skinny chai latte and then we had a wander around some shops.

A couple of us caught the ferry back while those who had over indulged walked back. The ferry ride was magnificent with views of posh mansions and even posher yachts. Nice to look at but wouldn’t want to wash all those windows.

Had my daily fix of vitamin D on the beach and managed to ungraciously fall over while crossing the roads and now sporting a huge bruise but thankfully no other damage (apart from ego) so bones must be strong.

About to go out for dinner and watch the mighty blues take on the maroon cane toads. I live in the north but born and bred with blue blood.

So far so good in my first few days of freedom.

I know several of you are doing it tough and my thoughts and prayers are very much with you.
