Thank you for all your encouragement to me. Today started super early but I did sleep ok which has helped as we packed it in today starting with a one hour walk before brekky.
I surprised myself by being able to keep up the pace over the hilly terrain.
We spent the day on the beach getting our fill of vitamin D before hitting the shops to help boost the local economy.
Another lovely restaurant meal for dinner tonight and now I am ready to crash. I have beautiful friends both on and off the forums.
I am now on edge so will take my meds, read some of my book and hopefully sleep before doing it all again tomorrow.

maybe try to screenshot the pic and then edit to shrink it down to the pic, thats usually what i do @Eve7
