Hello @Snowie My day is ok and I’ve just had lunch with a former work colleague.

Im dreading my uni quiz tomorrow as I haven’t done nearly enough revision for it. I think I’ll try for an early night and do it about 3pm tomorrow.

Glad your dental appt was ok.

I hope your quiz went well hon and today is a little better for you.

I did well in the quiz scoring HD. The sport I went t was good and my friend’s daughter gave me a big hug and I’m so grateful for that friendship.

Now I’m sitting in my car and I can’t move. Why does this happen when everything was going so well. I’m halfway home and scared. @tyme

I'm sorry to hear that you are sitting in the car. It's prob not the best time now, but this may be something you can unpack with your treating team at some point.
