Morning has broken

Just rice and vegetables tonight @Snowie not very hungry. What's on for you?

Just an omlette here. Both kids at work so just hubby and I home.

I had rice with roasted vegetables and meatballs for dinner tonight @Eve7 @Snowie . It was yum. (I didn't cook lol)

I think everything tastes better when we don't have to cook it @tyme!!

Since being home the kids and hubby have made a list of what they want me to cook!! Two meals down, plenty to go.

We order meal boxes with recipes so we don't need to think @Snowie

So much easier and cheaper that way... otherwise we were just buying random stuff. So at least it all gets delivered and then my sister cooks, and I enjoy. She's cooking for her family, so we've arranged that I pay a part of the boxes and I get a meal.

I remember one time when my kids were younger and I was in hospital @Snowie They visited me and were all upset saying “when are you coming home? We don’t like takeaway Chinese, we want you to cook peas and carrots”!

Do you get Hello Fresh @tyme ? My s1 gets that.

Hubby can cook to get by @Eve7 and D can cook too. They survived fine without me.

I think the kids just missed my cooking!!

@Snowie , we don't get hello fresh as much. We have marley spoon, dinnerly, everyplate. We have all different ones depending on what food we want.

The main thing is that we have to plan ahead.. well she does the planning and I just pay for my share.
