Hoping the baby shower goes OK for you today.

I'm going out to a crowded shopping centre (eeek) to socialise for lunch when all I want to do is hide and stay quiet at home. This will challenge my agoraphobia, germophobia, anxiety and depression. My psychologist had better be pleased with me!!

Thanks @Snowie I found a quiet corner to sit next to a “safe” person my age and we enjoyed each other’s company.

The gifts were amazing, I ate too much and washed it all down with champagne. I kissed and hugged all the in laws and outlaws even exchanged pleasantries.

Feeling a bit flat but otherwise ok.

My day was sad @Snowie as I watched the funeral of a dear friend online.

Sleep is avoiding me tonight. I’ve played solitaire, ate some cashews, cup of tea, taken prn. I think I’m in for a long night.
