I hope you were able to get some sleep last night. It is a struggle at times.

Not much sleep @Snowie and I struggled at work today.

Taking extra prn tonight so hopefully I will sleep tonight. Looking forward to going away this weekend.

I haven’t slept well this week but that’s really my only complaint so not doing too badly.

I saw my mh nurse today and that visit went ok as she is very supportive.

My mother’s house is going on the market this weekend. My parents built it in 1959 so it’s certainly the end of an era.

Sounds like a bit of an emotional time coming up, with the sale of your mothers home and the place you grew up. 1959, my year of birth ... so old 😂.

Really good to hear you have a supportive mh nurse. Remember they are there for you when you need them. You dont have to struggle thru the toughest times on your own.

Like you, I'm mostly doing okay. Though yesterday was difficult and sad. It would have been my 26th wedding anniversary.
