Darkness

Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

Re: Darkness

Beach views sound lovely @Emelia8

I'm glad you had a lovely day x

I'm exhausted and want to go to bed but my boy has decided to join a car meet tonight. My anxiety around it is through the roof. I'm happy he is out but stressed around a group of boys out in their cars at the best of times. My grey hairs are multiplying by the minute!

Re: Darkness

Yes @Anastasia I very much understand your anxiety. Actually my 19 year old nephew had a fall from his motorbike this morning. A bad break of his collarbone, several fractures and displaced. His local hospital did xrays, but couldnt do the complicated repairs. So they were sent to city hospital, and booked in for expected surgery tomorrow morning. Lucky no worse damage, at least he was wearing all his protective gear. Worried now about his mechanical apprenticeship. He will likely be unable to work for next 6-8 weeks. Poor young fellow. He had been going so well too. And of course his poor Dad and Mum. Just another drama for them I guess.

I trust your boy will be fine.

Hope you are both okay @Former-Member @Lee82 and you too @NatureLover @Zoe7 @Snowie

Re: Darkness

Oh my goodness @Emelia8 !!!!!!

Thank God he's ok! I have a lovr hate relationship with motorbikes. My bf had a dreadful accident and will most likely be in a wheelchair in time having broken his pelvis and other bones in a number of places. He recently sold his bike so whilst I miss the occasional ride I'm not fond of them as a rule. Gosh I hope that the surgery goes well hun. Please let me know xxx

Re: Darkness

No not okay @Emelia8 Highly triggered by reading your post since the passing of my friend 4 weeks ago when his bike broke down. Not your fault at all. I hate bikes - always have since my first boyfriend died on one also.

Re: Darkness

Oh no ... I am so sorry @Zoe7 please forgive me. I was not aware your friend was on a motorbike. My apologies, I dont recall reading that, only that it was a road accident. I would have avoided tagging you if I knew. I just tagged the recent posters, of which you were one. 💔

@Anastasia Thanks, I'm sure my nephew will be okay .. just requires time.
