Something’s not right

Darkness

Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

Re: Darkness

Well maybe if I am lucky I will meet her too one day. When I first found out that I had DID the switching was really scary, I didn't like feeling like I had no control. As time went by and I was getting help from my Psychologist it became less scary and before December last year when something else happened to me l managed to live with my alters and have a fairly normal life. There is hope for that @Fluttershy1 are you under the care of a mental health professional?

Re: Darkness

It's frustrating hun when you can see they need to talk but won't take the opportunity to but unfortunately we can't force them to. I am so very sorry that D2 isn't taking that opportunity. I can imagine it is heartbreaking babe.
i would have thought her seeing you getting all the help and support you need would help her realise she may need some too.
I know I shouldn't be by myself hun. I wasn't going to say anything cause I didn't want to worry you. I am as safe as I can be right now. I have no alcohol in the house. I am trying to stay distracted as best I can.

Re: Darkness

She is in a hot spot in NSW @Former-Member so they won't give her an exemption to travel across the border to Queensland. It is ridiculous - grrr!!!!

@Lee82 I think you are doing an amazing job tonight. One thing we can do for ourself is learn from what we go through and any little way we can help ourselves is invaluable. Tonight I have seen you seek help before you got too bad - and even though that didn't go so well you had the courage and strength to try - that in my book is a massive step forward. Do not doubt your strength Hon - you might be alone tonight physically but you are not without friends

Hi @Former-Member You have been posting some wonderful images over the last couple of days - the one you posted to me yesterday was beautiful and really, really appreciated - so thank you Hon

Re: Darkness

Thank you so much for your kind words @Zoe7 I really truly appreciate them. When I am on the forum I definitely don't feel alone. It's only when I am off that I feel lonely. I am trying to stay as positive as I can right now because I feel like I can freak out at any moment.
what are your plans for tomorrow hon or should I say today?

Re: Darkness

@Zoe7 , that really is ridiculous that must be incredibly difficult for her.

@Fluttershy1 , I am glad you have a MH team, so just keep talking to them and your friends here and things will get better maybe slowly but they will get easier sweetie.

@Lee82 , I am very happy that you have no alcohol in the house tonight/this morning. I second everything the very wise and wonderful @Zoe7 has said to you about it being a big win that you are a managing it tonight and you spoke with th chat line. Those are really big steps for you and I am proud of you honey.
