ED recovery just too hard

ED recovery just too hard

I Fn give up. I thought I could try to eat nice things for my birthday. I even ate a Tim tam.

But fck I want to die now. Calculating how much ate scares me is much.

My dietician is pushing me really hard. I can't do it anymore. I'm gaining weight and I just can't deal with that. The rules from my professionals are destroying me. I can't do it. I won't do it.

Why does every birthday turn into a disaster. Proves I should have died when I was a baby like I nearly did.

I'm sorry I just....can't..

@NatureLover being safe is one thing that probably won't happen today.

@The-red-centaur I am very worried about you. Please, please be safe for the moment. Just 1 hour at a time.

I am new here so don't know what to do, so I will tag some people to ask for help: @Shaz51 @eth @Appleblossom

Re: ED recovery just too hard

@The-red-centaur I hope you will consider calling Lifeline (13 11 14) or the suicide call back service (1300 659 467). Your life is valuable. I also wanted to say that I have been intensely suicidal many times before, and tried it 3 times when I was younger, but now am happy to be alive - it's definitely worth it to stay alive. Things will get better, although it doesn't look like it now. The most important thing is to stay safe for the moment till the suicidal feelings pass. Please stay safe.

I'm happy to see you, @The-red-centaur .

I know you can't see any point at the moment. But you are worthy of a good life (everyone is)...and things will get better if you can just hang on.

Hi @The-red-centaur I can hear things are really tough right now. Do you think it might be time to reach out to one of the following helplines?

Lifeline - 13 11 14

Suicide Callback Service - 1300 659 467
