Yes, I haven't been overstocking lately so everything fits on the shelves. My psychologist cancelled this month so I will have to wait to tell her.

I think breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. It's usually the only time I allow myself coffee. And I love my oatmeal mix and all the trimmings.

I slogged at the paperwork this afternoon. It was harder than it needed to be because of mistakes by other people. So it's also slower because now I'll have to wait for corrections. There's still a lot more to do.

I've got a coffee catch-up this morning with people from my old job. Two of them are still there and not enjoying it. I'm looking forward to seeing them all as I miss them.

Yes it did rain here. I actually forgot about walking yesterday. I must have been preoccupied with the admin stuff.

I see a message has just come in from the counsellor. My anxiety has just shot up.

I've made an appt to see the counsellor again.

My hands are shocking at the moment. So dry they're flaking, with hundreds of tiny and bigger dry cuts all over. I've got them slathered in cream at the moment.

Errands and library today. Plus tidying and cleaning for my visitir on Sunday.

What do you have on today? Does your home help come fortnightly, so not today?

I guys, wow this forum is still going. I have not been able to join sane for a while. Been busy, so much going on, anyway I need to vent:

Someone coughed at me at a local market today. F**K it’s the first time this has happened to me. It happened around 3:00-3-30pm. I actually confronted her and said do you have an issue with masking? she said "you need fresh air", she said "why do you mask?", I said BECAUSE I AM SICK (she backed off), she said you shouldn’t live in fear, I yelled I AM NOT LIVING IN FEAR. I said there is no point in arguing, but I told her to mind her business.

I just cant. I guess I know why I have become “agoraphobic”. My abusive brother has relapsed and emailed a violent email to the gp who is case managing him, how he is not on meds and he will only escalate. They expect me to call the catt team, but then he will direct his aggression towards me. I am so upset. So today just set me off. Sorry for venting too much. I havent been sleeping either.
