I think meeting this lady, so unexpectedly, and unprepared, was a bit of an eye opener to me. It wasn’t the outward success, as I’m not that way inclined, I found myself more envious of her state of mind I think. I found myself pulling down my sleeves to make sure my scars weren’t showing, and got very ‘ lost’ in the conversation. I mean lost in the lost sense, not the conversation being so good.

I guess I don’t know her well enough to know if she would cope with people ‘ like me’, I just know they didn’t cope with the bits they saw ‘ back when/then’.

I guess it’s how we see success. For a short time last week, I walked back down the road of what I thought success might look like, but yes, battling MI daily is success, for sure.

I do know , most of us here on the forums, only share a tiny part of what it’s REALLY like, in our daily, minute by minute walk. Helping each other as best we can.

I didn’t know you had done similar training. It’s unlearning for me now. I might only have a tiny tiny spark, but it’s my spark. It’s what I have learned, and am learning, from my journey, not what someone else tells me. I look at the night sky and know a tiny light is enough.

Yes, I'm OK enough, thanks. It's not too draining to talk like this. In fact I found myself energised yesterday and did some tidying after I posted to you, and two loads of laundry. Not enough tidying, but I will try again today. Thank you for the and ☕s...sending lots back to you.
