Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

That is great. Sounds like you feel very comfortable around him and trust him which is exactly how it should be with MH professionals.

I really do apreciate it as I havent had alot of people care much about me.

I understand where you are comming from.I am a professional crime scene cleaner so i see alot of that pain and trauma in people life

Its all good. some people will always be homophobic . cant do much about it so i am just trying to heal and go forward but the triggers and the rest is getting to me .
