Really good to reach out to lifeline hun if your feeling like that. Anything else that helps like perhaps playing games on your phone to distract those thoughts. @Former-Member

I'm sorry for venting, I try to keep it to myself but sometimes that makes things worse, sometimes talking can make things worse too though, I can't win.

But talking to you two and some others here helps a little.

Question - do you think if i tell my psychiatrist that I've been feeling more depressed, suicidal, etc because of this nurse, which is true, and other things for me, that he'd suggest I complain, or he'd make the complaint himself? Because thats a serious issue

@Jynx thanks Jynx. Sorry to talk about this here, I hope I'm not triggering anyone. I guess you get this stuff a lot on these forums. I tried Suicide Call Back Service web chat but it said there's no counsellors available and its been saying that for days, sigh.

If that's the way your feeling than yes definitely talk to your psychiatrist about it. He needs to know everything so he knows how to better help you.
