Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Hey guys . If you are having a bad day just picture this .

I just saw two magpies fighting over what looked like a pair of men's tradie undies. The one magpie tried to fly away with the undies while the other was still holding on and the one on the ground let go of the undies. The other one tumbled backwards and got intangled in the undies.
The intangled one still flew away with the undies.

I think I laughed harder at it then I should of ....

Anyway guys remember the words from the movie The Help.

these things happen @Former-Member try not to be discouraged. people make mistakes and get sick.
I was suppose to interview a support worker however with such strict restrictions atm, her slight runny nose has caused her to cancel as well.

I must say that made my day. It reminded me of when I saw a snake eating a mouse and an Owel munching on the snake snack... The Krugar park in South Africa is an interesting place

Hi @Lee82 , not the best. How was yours?

Just went to join an eHeadspace chat and I see I can't comment on them anymore, so I emailed them. Must be a ban or pause in my account. I always seem to do something wrong, sigh.

But it's okay I guess. And got a call saying the social worker cancelled and didn't reschedule.

I'm sorry to hear that @Former-Member I'm sure there is a perfectly good explanation for it until you find out what's going on we are all here for you.
im sorry your social worker cancelled I understand that would be frustrating. Something must have come up. I'm sure it will rescheduled soon maybe you can give them a call tomorrow and find out what happened and make another appointment. At least you have your psychiatrist appointment in two days.
