Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Yhea last night was hard so I dove into my PlayStation I started and finished a game . Rather fun.

Hey there. Yhe last night was wack. Going on day 3 of feeling like a tweeker . I hope I crash tonight as this is effecting my work and my mood . I was playing play station last night to help with my frustrations.

Woke up from a phone call saying they've cancelled my appointment with the social worker on the phone since they're not in today.

I hope they're not sick of course but I'm annoyed now, don't think I'll bother with them again
