Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

No I am going to get ready for work now. I need to make a coffee or hot chocolate stop as I need something good at the moment .

I think filling my day with destractions is my best option to retrain my mind at this time .

My day is going ok.
I am doing washing for the first time in 3 weeks . So I am at the local Laundry . A new first for me

The dreaded washing. Can't believe you can go 3 weeks without having to wash your clothes...lol I wouldn't have enough clothes to last me a week. Unfortunately with kids I have to a load every day. Hate it.
not doing so well. Had to go down to the shops this afternoon and it has made my anxiety worse. I am beginning to notice that being in lockdown is affecting my MH more than I realised. Just don't feel safe leaving the house.
