I am very grateful that you have a support system at work. I hope they can help you in all the darkness. But I know you can come out on top of this as you are a savage. ( A savage is in my circle of friends is a strong woman) . Please remember that I am here for you as a sounding board as well.

Don't try to save face! it drains a lot out of you. Even the superwoman needs to wash her cape every now and then .
