Thanks for asking @Pollyotter . 💕Been struggling a lot with nightmares and flashbacks this past week or two. Trying to ride out the storm though.

Wow that is so nice if you. Thank you so much. Yhe I think the family are taking some time for them self-care times . And that is all good. I know they are still around even if they are silent for now.

I am sorry your struggling. Do you have a cave or something to help with all them nasty that pops up.

I have my little dog Holly, see profile pic, and she helps to keep me a little grounded.

I do apologise, but I have to go now. Husband duties to attend to, and breakfast to get prepared. My morning lie in has ended.
