Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Sorry Lee . I had a few flash backs and I didn't react well. I was invited for a friendly get together . I can't Handel more . She is great though. She calms me down so much and she Dosnt even know what my past is.

My whole body is in pain at the moment . I don't know why but my body had gone stiff for atleast one hour.

Isn't that just neat ...

that is so great You feel comfortable around this woman and that she helps with calming you down. One step at a time honey. Take it slow and I'm sure in time things will progress and if she is as great as you say she is she will be there to wait as long as it takes for you to be comfortable.
