Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Unfortunately to only activity I can do is help with homeschooling which just makes my anxiety a lot worse. Homeschooling is an all bloody day process especially with my youngest as he needs extra help.
I am just so exhausted. 😞

I am so sorry. I can't even say I know how you feel because I don't have kids . When do you make time for yourself? . I wish I could invite you over to mine for a day of relaxation. It's a mess but my place is chilled . And I put a bottle of tequila in the freezer so that will be chilled too. Hahah

I would like nothing more than to come over for a chat and some tequila...😂

not much time for myself as schooling takes up most of the day and then afterwards there is always things to do like prepare dinner washing cleaning ect.
