Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Anxiety is off the charts. I'm sleep deprived as I got zero sleep last night and my mood is extremely low.

I really don't know what to do anymore @Former-Member i am just fed up of everything right now. Not handling things at all right now. Haven't left the house in 4 days. I usually go down to the shops once a day. i am tired and hurting quite badly.

Unfortunately sweetie there isn't anything anyone can do. It's just something I have to try and deal with but what does help is you being here for support. ❤️
