Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Good morning beautiful people. I hope you guys wake up ready for this week. I have zero sleep in but atleast i am ready to take on this week and this world. I am going to be moving in about 3 months time again into a space with a yard so i can get a puppy!! yay!!

Please remember that sometimes we dont see how others draw insperation and courage from us and our stories. Please be kind to yourselfs my lovely people and have a cup of somerthing nice. Last night i had a cup of hotcoholate with a shot of bundy rum and let me tell you that was funnnn!!!

As long as it is good then I am happy. I try to post positve things because I think we sometimes forget that we are good people who are loved . Its all good Dizzy I will crach some where in the week then it will ge all good. Take care of yourself
