@Snowie i am trying i just feel like i can never keep up with everything plus now i am really angry at my psychiatrist.

@Snowie he isnt istening to me and has just made things a lot worse i now dont trust him and i now feel like it is an even better idea for me to end everything. it is complicated it has just made everything so much worse. and i feel so much more trapped.

@Snowie there isnt much left to distract myself with plus now after all of this it is just making me even more scared.
