@Snowie I tried writing things down but idk I am just feeling weird and everything is so intense. I feel like I am just completely lost and everything is too much. Idk I have tried the chat and it wasn’t super helpful and I am too scared to actually call sane idk it just freaks me out.

i am having a hard day I have been super agitated and still can’t sleep and eating is still super hard and everything is just a big mess and things are starting to feel very magical again but like a weird kind like things look all weird and like I am looking through a filter in a camera and I am wanting to do big things and then I am also super scared and paranoid and everything is just really weird.

I'm wondering if it might be helpful to reach out for support and let people around you know how you're travelling. @Snowie no they are really ruined and it is all my fault i didnt know why before but now i do and i messed up hugely i didnt mean to but i did and now i am supposed to clean up a mess that is too big for one i am so tired i just need to find somewhere i can get more strength but i dont know of anywhere here.
