Falling

So this plan turns out to be the “suck it up and deal for the next 6 days” like there was no plan except for my mum to be around more my mother who went to bed at 9;30pm... even though I told the psych that I am not allowed to sleep and haven’t for the last 2 days now going to be 3 because I am not allowed to eat or sleep until I do what the things in my head want and now I am sitting up at 3 in the morning trying to figure out what the hell to do because they won’t even let me go and sit in my bed or have a shower or do anything that isn’t the specific thing they want I can’t even have a drink. So much for trying to get people to help there is no help.

It’s ok @The-red-centaur it is my fault I really should just do what they want but it is kind of scary still I guess I don’t have many other options anyway.
