It's been that many days... I still wish I was dead.
My feet are never gonna heal. I may be in hospital another few months still and since I tried to KMS again on Christmas they won't leave me by myself.
I hurt myself in front of my nurse today. I just can't deal. I keep seeing flashbacks from that day. I see it vividly ,myself x....and then screaming in hospital.

Just pushed myself out the front door with son2. Went for an hours walk and did some shopping. Instead of hiding inside my home I got out and about and it felt good :Dxxx

@The-red-centaur :Dxx tomorrow I have offered to drive neighbour to hospital for tests during peak hour will drop her off and come back by myself :o! I will have to do some deap breathing as I could have a panic attack :(. But I will think of you and how brave you are being with everything you are coping with and that will help me get through it :)xx

@The-red-centaur After worrying about it all night into the early morning it went fine :D. No panic attacks just kept focussed :D. Let all the idiot drivers go by and breathed in and out calmly :). Neighbour may not be able to walk again tomorrow due to her procedure today so I will head off by myself if needs be. That will be two days in a row of walking by myself :).
