It's been that many days... I still wish I was dead.
My feet are never gonna heal. I may be in hospital another few months still and since I tried to KMS again on Christmas they won't leave me by myself.
I hurt myself in front of my nurse today. I just can't deal. I keep seeing flashbacks from that day. I see it vividly ,myself x....and then screaming in hospital.

I have to remember my positive mantra too sometimes. Life is one of ups and downs. I hold onto the ups and try and put the downs to one side.Life goes on for the pea ..... I need to make some much needed changes so will have to talk with pdoc when I next see her cannot keep going on like this. Have to be a brave pea and face the music. You dont reach my ripe old age without a past The-red-centaur and mine I am not proud of.
