Hi @TAB, I know, I even said that exact thing to him - "you'll regret it if you don't" He's got it in his head that Australia is backward or something. He has a calling, I'm sure as I gave him to God in the beginning, like Hannah.

Don't panic @Former-Member. Just take it one step at a time.
Great that you were supportive.
He might not end up going.
If he does you might go to visit.
If he does go you will Skype - he will show you how before he leaves.
The time will fly.
It would be good for him, and you would benefit from that.

I know, thanks @Faith-and-Hope, think he was relieved when I was supportive. But i've had time to prepare and He's been talking about it for years. He's free now you see, his former partner can only practise law in Qld and never wants to leave. Hmm

My son's fathers side have strong links in germany and he wants to go meet some relatives there.
One of his stepbrothers is visiting him this weekend, from Melbourne, maybe that lot might look after their baby bro a little. Not that he needs it. Must have done something right for him to o be confident enough to know he can do it 🙂
