Sleeping too much

I would sit on a verandah and eat yummy chocs with you .. and look at photos of your gorgeous girl .. and let you remember her ... anytime ..

Sadly I have never been able to engage anyone else in expressing my grief ... I had hoped to with my my mother and my sister ... but that all fragmented .. it then becomes extra lonely.

Sorry your son was snappy or feeling obliged to remember her .. he was probably flying high with recent successes.

My daughter and my son (individually) came to one of the grave sites once .. and I have to accept that is enough for them. It was good I had the time with each of them alone.

Nowadays I rarely tell my son about anniversaries .. as he has been the most loyal of all my family about it .. and he was been weighed too heavily down of all of them ... so I do it alone .. mostly now at church ... my walk across the sanctuary at Eucharist is for all my Holy Ghosts ... and once you @Former-Member and your daughter were there with them .. a big gang of people who have passed over but with ties on earth ..in my head that is ... thinking .. praying for you.

and occasionally I plead with a visitor to look at my photo album ..

Sometimes I get cross ... sometimes I get it .. that the world never knew my loved ones .. so it doesnt mean anything.

Do something for YOU and HER. A weekend going bush with the dog sounds good to me .. but it can be anything .. you know .. its the honouring in your heart that matters.

ive just lit a candle, I found a purple one and put some fragranced purple petals around for your girl. Having a cuppa with you. You know there is no right or wrong way to feel. It's ok to feel disappointed and upset at text messages.
