Re: Sleeping too much
Needed to talk today, nobody picked up so I rang SCallback & cried & cried & cried it all out with the person. She was good. Surprised myself what came out, but needed it I guess, & so, i'm rung out today, and yes, sleeping too much, and alone, but ok'ish. Nice that I can come here to connect. Thank you all. 💜 💕
@Faith-and-Hope, forgot about ananymity risk with BFGW but I will hang some sky blue & while balloons to unite us on our busy day, help me not feel so alone. That last few weeks are crazy days so do go gently, you know the drill. I'll definitely be praying for you. 💕

Re: Sleeping too much
Thank you @Decadian for the mum-mum talk. Somehow it really makes a difference for me.
My new psychologist is finally getting my complicated story. We had not touched on my daughter til today, but her immediate responses were 1) she thought an event I mentioned was more serious than the emergency dept when I took my daughter in with dislocated elbow from struggle with her father. 2) that she was a good turn taker .. because I used to take her when she was 2-3 on my piano teaching rounds.. when I drove to people's houses. She was a dream .. sat quietly with her toys while I taught the kid and then we would drive to next place.
@Former-Member I think it is great you are sorting your stuff and improving your home. It is FANTASTIC. It takes creativity, effort, money etc. I used to feel silly doing things for the house .. cos I was very angry about "Home Beautiful" people, but conflicted cos I had to be presentable enuff to be piano teacher etc ... but then I settled on a level that I felt matched my values and my son noticed and cares and approved. It also kept making little plans for the next ..thing ..which kept me positive and productive and then after a while ... it all really adds up. I am known as the lady who has fixed up our whole court ... certainly added value cos of my gardening ...and I think about the effort ..over the 15 years ..and some of that digging was done in white anger ...but now there are daisy bushes and red, white and pink pelargoniums draping over the Melb Water's cyclone wire..and .. I am quietly proud.
I am actually a bit suss of your psych... coming down on you like that ...the whole being a "clinical" is a big deal for them ... but to downplay the issues of you dealing with 2 seriously mentally ill siblings ... maybe she will prove her worth ..but I am not impressed. I never got appropriate help ... but this is 20 years on .. I am hoping to be shown that the system is doing its job better.
You already know about protecting yourself from their bad stuff .. but you also cant help caring ... because it is an illness.
I so know the hard work that goes into sifting through the delusions paranoia and reality ... of sick sibs.
YOU GO GIRL. Cry yourself a RIVER when you need to. Take care

Re: Sleeping too much
"M.... [Bro3] is hiding from Mental health at mum and dads. He can't stay there I'm going to tell him to go. And he will tell me to go get #!@*? $% and more but calling mental health and telling them were his hiding will keep him away. But I don't want him dragged off kicking and screaming" What if anything can i do? Rang him twice this week (as a support). I've lost faith in MH. His Case Manager is back from hols next week, all he wants is to wait 'till he's back & see him. I think its horrible his hiding (in fear of his life), brakes my heart. He's not hurting anyone.
@Decadian, woke with bad back pain - tell me again how you live with this? How's you're sinus / hayfever? What's the cause?
Hi everyone else.
