Wish I had you guys around all those lonely years. Better late than never i guesd. So lucky knowing you now. When I think how far I've come just this last fee months, from being able to check in here, with quality faithful cybet connections. Its a miracle. think most people would not be able to endure the isolation, the empty loneliness i couldn't climb out of. Tthank you for being here, being you, caring, connecting, encouraging... ...

I had that friend visit today, she talked about her work friend's numerous lifelong near death experiences with chronic asthma. After all this time, how can my only visiting friend not know this detail would trigger me. Found myself reliving the night Jo died & she apologises for not knowing 'till after the funeral... ... Probably play on my mind for days now. As if I haven't had enough flashbacks lately. Oh well. Could be worse, maybe...

Plz join me tonight in lifting up & praying for a church friend Renee who just tx called out for prayer, for the pain, and the chemotherapy tomorrow & 3hrs journey there, she's stage 4, has x5 beautiful home schooled children 7 - 14yo. Makes me so sad, Thanks.

Its been realy gusty on & off outside, wind, its OK, I can handle it in the day but this last two nights the sound off it is causing me extreme anxiety, like the world is about to end, I don't understand it. My heart pounds, It does remind me of the yhe night sound of the ocean in a children's home I spent time at when i wad 5yrs old. Normally those memories of heating the ocean way back the are calming so why , if related to he then, why am I feeling overwhelming anxiety about it now with this similar sounding wind? Hope its not a CSA memory wanting to surface (all the experts have said something terrible happened to me at that age) - couldn't handle that. Not tonight, alone. Don't wanna know. Drowning the sound out with loud TV, Need a cuppa, hope it stops soon.
Does anyone else have memories triggered by weather? How do you cope?
