Good morning chocolatiers 😄
@Shaz51- I have not been around for the preparation, but your family reunion sounds like it has been a while in the planning. I do hope it all goes smoothly and you have a very rewarding time with them all
@Appleblossom- Hello to you and have a great day. I will hopefully catch up with you later.
@Faith-and-Hope and hello to you lady. I'm beginning to see a trend that pumpkin hour is your general cut off time to try to get to snoozeville. Would I be right in that observation?
@Smchad to chuckle at your comment on movies "The Matrix, LOTR/Hobbit, V for Vengeance was conceptually interesting but pushing my limits for heavy themes." . I wish those were the standard fare, although I am aware they are on the limits not to everyone's taste. LOTR being the exception perhaps because in the genius of satire a lot of the cerebral gems are masked in beautiful parody and satire
I also really agree with your sentiment "You need a certain amount of emotional energy to do creative work well", someone else eluded to this in their own way in another thread.
I would say creatitvity and emotions are definitely linked somehow in our neurology. I know when I try to creatively write, all sorts of unexpected emotions bubble to the surface even when I'm not directly on the subject that should have elicited the response. So yep, I have to agree that to do creative work well it definitely quite a bit of emotional energy and I really like the way you put that.

Well that's my morning contribution for the moment.. I'm off to find a quote and make it pretty enough to post in the quote section. I've decided, at least for now, to try to do one a day on my chosen theme. Just to give me a nice little gem to keep in my head for that day. 🐣
