Of course I care @Angels333 🌸💜
I'm a big fan of that tea. Tea and candles sounds like wonderful self care. I'm proud of you 💙
I hope that you get a good sleep and wake up with some more strength tomorrow. I believe in you 💯🌻

Hey @Molliex I am okay. I've been struggling with anxiety and suicidal thoughts, Friday and Saturday was tough I felt like I could go to hospital. Today however is better... I need to maybe see my psychiatrist sooner rather than later. I'm not booked to see my psychologist until August and I haven't seen him since early May.
I really hope you're okay ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Is your appointment next week? It's such a long wait for you.

Oh my @Angels333, I'm so sorry things are tough at the moment. Getting an earlier appointment with your psychologist sounds like it should be a priority. How is your SH?
I'm ok. Just keeping busy and trying not to think too much. Yes, appointment not until 13th. Such a long wait. I just want to know and move on. 🌼

@Molliex hey, I am not doing to well... I haven't said anything to Mr Angels either. I'm so confused and triggered by trauma. I have DBT tomorrow and I hope to talk with one of the psychologist there. Also my work anxiety and negative thoughts were terrible today. I have been thinking about SH but I am trying my best not to act on it.

Hi there @Angels333 ,
I can hear that it’s a very challenging period for yourself right now and it can be particularly difficult managing and navigating impulses to SH and so we are just letting you know that we are with you in this. Are you open to contacting Lifeline or SCBS to have a talk if you need or want to talk to someone, or if things are becoming particularly intense for you? It’s important you are able to stay safe, and if you require immediate help please don't hesitate to phone 000.
Wishing you all the very best,
Otter

@Otter hey,
I know I am okay tonight. But I do need to speak with a psychologist tomorrow. There was once a time when SH was my everyday option, it was unbearable. But I do have supports available and SANE forums is one of them. Thanks for checking in

Hey @Angels333 You know that your work anxiety is always higher just before you have to work but once you get there you do your job really well. Are you still working at the pool or is that on hold presently?
Trauma, in any form, is hard Hon and when you are not doing so well it certainly can affect us even more. I am pleased to hear you have DBT tomorrow and hope to talk to one of the psychologists. I always found it hard the day before DBT because of anxiety and things always seemed to be a litte harder then. The sessions themselves also often triggered me so for a couple of days a week it was extra hard. But the skills we learn are important for helping us in the more challenging times. They have helped me to put the past in the past (mostly) - there are of course times that past trauma resurfaces but now I am able to get through it a lot quicker. Have a chat to one of the psychs tomorrow and if you can find the positives in your day ahead of the negatives. We so often can only focus on the negatives when life is not so great but learning to give the positives equal or even more weight really helps.

Hey @Zoe7 thanks so much for your insights regarding DBT, it's all so true... the pool is on school holidays now so I am working the redeployment at the nursery.
I was going so well at DBT and was considering stopping, but my unwell times are so awful that I need to be 100 and 10% certain that I have the skills to cope. However today feels more like 15% coping...
I have also been considering doing a TAFE course, a Certificate 4 in mental health but again after today I'm just questioning how competent I am. Am I of any use to anyone like this, I know I can't continue at the pool, I 'll end up having another breakdown.
And thanks to you Zoe, talking to me when you have as headache and you're feeling sick ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
