@MDT @Zoe7 yes, I just have so many commitments with work/ volunteering/tafe/wife/mother
I just don't know how long I can keep a lid on it all, sweep it under the rug so to speak!

I feel I need a med change hence a possible admission. I'm trying to hold out until I see my psychiatrist but it's so hard when each day drags on with obsessive thoughts of self harm and suicide. And I'm ashamed I haven't gone into detail with Mr Angels but we did talk about a change of meds and what that looks like
