Oh it's been such a long day of struggling. I haven't achieved anything just watched daytime TV . Better than SH maybe yes. My kids have no idea why I'm asking the to do all my errands. I hope tomorrow is better bringing relief from this debilitating anxiety/depression. There's now the thought about an admission will find out on the 18th
Sorry I haven't posted much but it takes so much energy 😞

Hello @Angels333. Proud of you for not using SH. I'm sorry things are so tough right now. I didn't realise it hadn't gotten to the point where you want admission. I hope you get it, if that's what you need.
