Hey all. I've been surviving, a bit distant lately and for that I apologise.
I saw my psychiatrist today and I told him about all the difficulties I have been having especially the self harm/suicidal intrusive thoughts. He changed my antidepressant to one more suited to old style intrusive thoughts. He didn't admit me which I thought he would. I feel good on the one hand that I can continue with the med change at home but there's a part of me that feels I can't go on any longer, mostly with work, I really get overwhelmed with work, my psychiatrist opinion was for me to just quit but it's more complex than that.
Feeling exhausted and stressed about all the stuff in my head, life shouldn't be like this.

@TAB well done for you. Mr Angels and I have cut down the alcohol lately too. Things got a bit out of control with covid lockdown and that set a precedent for increased drinking. Day 5 is awesome, gp sounds great, I really hope it works out for you.
Seding you my support over the internet xxx

Definitely have the treats @TAB and maybe put some grog cash aside to buy yourself something nice. I gotta go to bed now Mr Angels has a hospital appointment early. It a regular infusion for his autoimmune disease. I always go with him and we get lunch after. Thanks for talking to me tonight I was feeling so lonely x g'night

I'm struggling through this med change. Currently tapering up. Intrusive thoughts are constant. Getting to work is difficult but I'm pretending I'm okay and turning up so as to not look unreliable.
Feeling quasi suicidal... but I know It's just an emotion if that makes sense... I think I'm just really tired and need a break.

Changing meds is one of the hardest things to do. Be kind to yourself @Angels333 💜 💜 Take a couple days if you need it. You've got this!
