When I lived in the country, some neighbours were breeders of fancy goats, and they would bring them over to munch down the grass and weeds on our block.

Had a lovely walk with sil's mum just a few blocks as she can't do more than that but she's very entertaining and it takes nearly an hour so time for a tale or two. Collected some wood on the way back to have a wee fire in the firepit tonight. We are determined to do something naughty while bro and sil are up at the farm! Will be my first fire this year - I do love them. Then tomorrow we're really going to play up and go for a drive to some beaches south of here. Very much looking forward to that.

And my naughtiest of all - having a support worker get me a few things from spotlight and officeworks and also baccy supplies. My bro hates me smoking and if he knew I was buying it he would not miss the chance of a comment or two. Plus bro and sil have been getting everything that can't be delivered - I was told not to use a support worker. But sil has had a friend visit 3 times and they've just sat apart in the back yard - so why can't I do likewise with my sw? I am an adult after all and able to make my own choices (in theory!).

All of which goes to show that naughty now ain't what naughty used to be!!!

Don't should on me @TAB Each to their own. I have read studies from my psychologist about people with PTSD and how they (we) use smoking to deal with 'negative affect' (google it). I certainly don't need to be told by anyone else - I know what I am doing.

I miss smoking. Used to smoke Alpine as nobody wanted to bot menthols...(old barmaid trick)

I'm going to treat myself to a cigar. Whenever I get a baccy craving, I have a cigar which

supplies the nicotine hit but doesn't leave me wanting to smoke a whole packet of them.
