Learning to live (and be myself) again

I've been through some major highs and lows since i recieved my diagnosis. And by highs and lows i mean stages of good and bad health. Stages of working and unemployment. Bouts of depression and anxiety on a daily basis....I've had all sorts of stuff going on basically.

Yea I'm worried about my using of substances to cope . Coffee . Cigarettes and occasionally alcohol are the main ones. It's messing with my entire sleep wake cycle and bodily functions . + i cannot express enough how i believe the medication is fuelling everything and egging it on . They're all tied into one another in other words.

I've rang the sane helpline and enquired about cancelling my membership . What's all your THOUGHTS about this?..

I'm thinking about canceling my membership because the forums are getting me nowhere and i think they've taken me as far as i can go. Plus it's all rather stressful at times.

Have thought it can be a bit pervasive or a substitute for reality and perhaps holding things back at some levels. @eudemonism whatever works re self -awareness .
I think the Crowd like Success Stories.

Your call @eudemonism
Thanks for being here though. I do enjoy seeing you here.
I've found that taking a break can be best for me. I might do that very soon actually. The forums serve a purpose for all of us here in different ways.
Do you what you gotta do.

I agree with what @MDT and @TAB wrote.

It helped prevent me from "completing" ...

SO it has had a purpose for me.

Re: Learning to live (and be myself) again

@TAB yea i do ... I'd had enough of the mhs and medication side effects. And was feeling very hopeless regards to changing anything . And after calling lifeline for long enough about this matter. I was eventually refered to the sane forums. Essentially not alot has changed regards my life circumstances, mhs and side effects...
