Learning to live (and be myself) again

Learning to live (and be myself) again

I've been through some major highs and lows since i recieved my diagnosis. And by highs and lows i mean stages of good and bad health. Stages of working and unemployment. Bouts of depression and anxiety on a daily basis....I've had all sorts of stuff going on basically.

Hello @eudemonism

Tired of going through the motions of each day. I'm afraid to stop and become depressed. And I'm worn out from the anxiety of moving forward . And feeling so messed up from the meds and side effects .

Alone for a large percent of the time. Unable to properly relax. Driven by instinct to get on with life . Unsure of what course of action to take most the time . Sitting duck and sleeping dog .

I empathise Eude @eudemonism

I have been there before. In some ways I still am there.

You mentioned it to me on the other thread about just finding what makes you cope.

If you can't change things in the immediate future then it's time to utilise something from your coping box.

@eudemonism Hey eudemonism take care. I have no answers as I suffer along with you in many ways and try and put worries into the back of my mind and not deal with them.peax
