Learning to live (and be myself) again

Learning to live (and be myself) again

I've been through some major highs and lows since i recieved my diagnosis. And by highs and lows i mean stages of good and bad health. Stages of working and unemployment. Bouts of depression and anxiety on a daily basis....I've had all sorts of stuff going on basically.

Re: Learning to live (and be myself) again

@eudemonism Hey, hope your sleep can be restful. Hope you can work out things as you desire and feel good about that. It’s frightening may be for me that it looks like I will be single for life. Caring for elderly mother is struggle , even more to imagine when she will be gone. Then I will have no one in real life and nowhere to live. Anyhow I struggle on day after day. Still here as we speak.lol Take care.

I will look into urge surfing ... seems like a good idea ...

@eudemonism @MDT @Meowmy

Nothing we could do would change this fellow ... but I thought it worth sharing ... in some ways I like him ... but he irritates others ... rather than focussing on ourselves as problems ... realise that perception varies so much among people.

Going out tonight to a catch up after a writing group I was in last month.

@eudemonism I just had quick meal. Now resting. I am like you spend a lot of time alone with thoughts. Hope you have a good evening. Take care.
