Hello I am @Shaz51 Husband and I have a question ;
On sunday afternoons I feel down and Depressed for some reason
It does not matter if I have had a busy weekend or a lazy weekend , but when sunday afternoon comes -- I am low, depressed and down , can`t get off the lounge .
could it being anxious about starting a new week ??
wondering why ??
If anyone else has feeling or days like that ??

Yeah, I'm ok.
Bit of a ratty day with husband going away again. Of course he has to pack all his food supplies, and hydrolite solution, and pain meds, and ice packs, and exercise gear, and all the rest that goes with his "lifestyle" into his case, but still fit in some clothes to wear, and keep it under the weight limit.
So if it doesn't all fit ? Hissy fit !
And then the scales were broken, weren't they ? Hissy fit !
I got sent out to buy another set pronto, but I was trying to stay out of his way anyway, so that helped 😊 He was finished by the time I got back, and threw himself into his weights routine, then his evening jog.
Headed to the airport shortly, then it's time-out for a while.

yes @Faith-and-Hope, we gotsome work tomorrow , but don`t know weather to cancell the job due to my hubby anxiety

Is that a decision that hubby can make in the morning ? Or do you have to make that decision for him ?
You seem to be doing such a great job of working through all the challenges, it seems to me that you will know the right thing to do when the moment arrives. Most people are understanding, aren't they ?
I generally find that you can pull out of things last minute anyway, just by saying that you or hubby are feeling unwell today. Nobody is well 100% of the time, and like the weather reminds us, we are not in control of everything that happens. We just like to think that we are masters of the universe sometimes 😊

I have four adult step children and their partners , even though they all don`t live close but in conact with them all the time
